What resources would you recommend to an attorney looking for an in-house position? Are there headhunters you would recommend?

I feel like my friends from law school who are in house got the job by moving from a firm to in house job with a client they had served while at the firm.

+1 and in my case, a client I brought to the firm.

If you're at a firm, OP, they may have an internal listing board for firm clients looking for legal hires. Staffing with departing associates is a good way to keep business coming back to the firm in the future.
