SAT - English

My DC scored 580 in PSAT English. He wants to know where he can practice English SAT, even paid websites are okay if they are really good. Thank you in advance.

Capital educators. They have in person and online. You can do both math/verbal or just verbal. DS took verbal class this summer and went up 130 points to 770! Very very pleased.

My DD16 used Khan Academy first (with her mistakes from the PSAT downloaded), then studied with the Princeton Review book to learn about the traps they set and how to avoid them. Also make sure for math, they can use the Desmos calculator quickly. For English, make sure they review all the grammar in the book. My DD improved her PSAT score of 1270 (610 verbal/660 math) to an SAT score of 1430 (730 verbal/710 math) doing only the above over the course of a few weekends.

College Board and Khan Academy have teamed up for zoom peer tutoring at something called Schoolhouse.org.

It's free. Essentially, kids take a short practice test at the beginning of the session and then another HS student explains answers and goes through a set curriculum.

Fab. But does it actually help students with techniques of test or only a set curriculum?

Try asking your HS parent list groups they may know of private tutors.
