Feeling bad about leaving house down payment in cash

I know this is the standard advice but it still hurts to be leaving 6 figures in cash during this bull market in everything

I have a good amount invested too but it could be more if I didn’t need to keep this money sitting in the bank.

Well if in the right CD/MM you should be getting 4%. And you will feel better when the market takes a downturn (we are due for one) and you don't loose 20-40% so you can still buy a home.
