Light wood floors, white cabinets, white quartz counters, warm wood accents, black hardware, and there are green accents in joining spaces.
I feel like our kitchen needs color, and light green will do it. Don't plan on moving for at least 5+ years, but would something like these be terrible? ![]() ![]() ![]() |
I love it. I’d use gold accents |
I like it a lot. Soothing, bright and pretty. |
I love all those examples. Beautiful green! |
Sure, don’t stress too much about a backsplash. It’s relatively easy to change if someone wants to one day |
Prefer the gold accents as well as shown in the third picture. |
Green is pretty on trend now. Not crazy about the first tile but the last two are very nice. I agree that brass hardware will look better than black with that soft green color. |

Same. Plus I like the light colored wood bottom cabinets and white quartz on that 3rd pic |
It's refreshing and cheerful. |
The flat apple green of the tiles in the first photo is a no for me. I think it can be lovely if you are careful about the tile you choose. Aside from being much better colors, the tiles in the bottom 3 photos have slight variations and mimic that glazed, handmade look. |
I don’t think it’s mimicry, I think that’s fireclay tile. They do have variation from glazing and firing and they also group slightly different glazes together. |
Where one might get the tiles from the 3rd or 4th picture? |
So bad. Will age worse |
I think it's really pretty. What is your concern about it? |
