Northwest Chinese food in College Park, MD, has a dish with several types of tofu/bean curd in a spicy northwestern Chinese style. Maybe 4 or 5 types of tofu in one dish, including stands that are more like noodles.

I love the Sukiyaki with tofu and beef and Yosaku in Tenleytown. Obviously this won't work if you're looking for vegetarian tofu.
