How much do you pay for your cleaning service?

Want to make sure I am not getting scammed. We are moving to a house from a condo and soliciting quotes.

House is a 3 BR, 4 BA townhome (two full, two half baths), 2000 SF. We want monthly cleaning.

I would expect to pay a bit more for monthly.

We pay $200 monthly for 2000 sq ft, 3 bed/3 full bath.

Will increase in Jan as we always do, prob to $210
