I’d appreciate ideas for a simple fall cocktail to serve at thanksgiving, ideally one that can also easily be a mocktail for the kids. I typically leave out the ingredients / garnishes and let guests mix their own.
Last year I had prosecco and cranberry juice, with ginger ale option for kids. |

thanks! what ratio of apple cider do I add to the prosecco and aperol? also, what is the mocktail version of this? |

If you google there are lots of recipes. I think it’s an ounce of aperol to 2-3 oz each of cider and prosecco.
For kids I’d probably do cider and gingerale and a bit of cranberry juice. |
