Did they go out of business????
I placed an order the first week of September and it still says 'awaiting fulfillment'. Their phone number mailbox has been full for weeks, can't leave a message. The email always sends back a bullsh*t response that it will be shipped around date XYZ and then XYZ comes and goes and nothing happens. They have a 1.8 review rating on the web. How the hell do I get my $ back? I guess I need to do a credit card dispute. My kid isn't even going to fit into this stuff anymore by the time it arrives,,,if it ever does. |
| If it makes you feel any better (it won't), I still haven't received 40% of the order I made on July 2nd. |

Why do clubs give them their business? Bad enough that the service is crap, but add to it terrible materials AND the fact they have their name all over everything....
No place is perfect, but Capelli is the worst of the bunch. |
| My DD loves Capelli and we had no issues with uniforms but I know many that did and that is unfortunate. I'm sure theres a spot in Eden Center that could print up all jerseys for a club pretty easily without all this hassle |
| We received our order in a timely manner. However, the number on one of the game jersey started peeling off. I reached out and they replaced it quickly. Maybe my experience was a one off as I see tons of complaints about Capelli. |
Did you contact your club? They should be able to help. But yes, Capelli sucks. |
I'm not in any way a Capelli fan. But let's be reasonable. If the uniforms are Nike, Adidas, Kappa, Puma or whatever, you are going to have a name or logo on everything, including the socks. I guess different things bother different people. |

Who actually is good at fulfilling these orders?
Heard nightmares about Capelli. Our club used to use Ewing Sports which was absorbed into the soccer.com infrastructure. Ewing was nothing to write home about either in terms of lead times. Fulfillment though was a better this year after the soccer.com merger. |

Capelli grew too quickly and with that kind of service I would not be surprised if clubs didn't start going in other directions.
