Just commenting, seems like MD united is a feeder club to SYC MLS Next

MDU parent here. Wild thought exercise but perhaps nobody wanted to talk about us and that’s why there was no topic on here for us. I tried to start a PDA Showcase one but no takers there either. MDU might be doing something right 🤔 hmm

I would love to hear what is working so well there. Many of us would love to be a part of organization like that. Does MDU have decent training facilities space? Roster not maxed out, how is the politics? How much nepotism, or favoritism? Many thx.

I don’t think being a feeder to SYC is a good thing. I mean that means MDU players aren’t technically skilled enough to get onto any other MLSNext clubs. SYC is not actually know for a technical style of play.

Neither is anyone else. Might as well play on a winning team.

In MLSNext, everyone but SYC. Well, they try to. Honestly, I think even WV tries but I don’t think the technical skill levels are consistent even on the same teams. And of course, teams want to win so technical play fall when the game is close.
