Why should we bomb Israel when we can just stop sending them weapons?

They killed an American Citizen. You cannot PURPOSEFULLY kill an American and have it go without a response. If it was your friend or relative, you'd feel differently. Our government exists to protect us - not serve Netanyahu's war crimes.

I understand your outrage but you realize the IDF has killed American citizens without consequence for years?

Yes, My eyes have been opened. Mossad is a terrorist organization. Epstein definitely worked for them. Americans politicians are blackmailed.

The evidence is so plainly visible.

I am not suggesting shady mossad conspiracies. I mean the IDF publicly shot an American woman, Shireen Abu Akleh, who was a journalist in the West Bank. No one served a day of prison time for it.

We don't bomb folks for things they admit to, account for and say were accidental. Whole passenger airplanes have been shot down by countries, and we didn't respond by bombing them.

You can't accidentally bomb a car over a 1.8 km distance. This was no accident. Wake up!

Good grief.

Israel has taken responsibility and apologized for their deadly error. They have held those who made the mistake accountable.

The US droned 10 innocent people in Afghanistan. One was an aide worker.
Were any of our military members held accountable? Hell no. The generals responsible have all since been promoted.

I have a hard time taking Biden's "outrage" seriously when there is such hypocrisy at play.

It's hard to imagine that many, if any, hostages are still alive at this point.

And you never hear them talked about. It's like everyone has forgotten that Hamas stole these people from their homes. Young, old, men, women - just, gone.

Whenever I bring up the testimony of the hostages about the horror in Gaza being bombed by the IDF, a mother sheltering her daughter and another toddler and having to tell them that it was their own military dropping the bombs…no one wants to hear about the hostages.

40,000 dead >>>> 100 hostages.

The hostages, at least in theory, may live their lives when this war is over.

They have not done the bolded. All they have done is shuffled them. When they are standing public trial, transparent to the international community, that is accountability.

FYI We court martialed/prosecuted the Abu Gharaib people, that guy Trump pardoned, and everyone else that has come close to doing the things that have been rampant in the Southern Command and the Settlements Division.

The people who executed the shirtless hostages waving a white flag should have been court martialed. Not for killing hostages but for killing unarmed people waving a white flag. It's the same story for whomever killed Hind and the WCK7. Even under the own reasoning that the IDF has given for all those incidents they are still war crimes.

He was killed in January by who?

Notice Israel doesn’t say by Hamas.

We know how the hostages are dying . Their families know too. They are as angry with Israel as they are with Hamas

This was not one aid worker or a one time “mistake”. This is part of the IDF terrorist campaign. The targeting of aid workers, UN employees, doctors, healthcare facilities, reporters, civilians, etc has been SOP for the IDF since October. The IDF did the same thing in January. Killing aid workers who followed the de-escalation protocols established by the IDF. The IDF used these protocols to kill the unarmed civilians working for the organization.

This has nothing to do with Hamas, Oct7 or other countries. This is about the IDF and Israel’s planned and targeted killing of civilians aid workers, doctors, reporters, etc. It was no mistake.

The sad thing is a deal could have been made to get the hostages out many months ago. Israel did not want to make the deal.

Of course you can. You think it's a different target (ie Hamas), just like passenger ones have been accidentally targeted as threatening aircraft/incoming. What are you going on about? It's kid of chilling that you want Israel bombed for this. Your idea of an appropriate responses doesn't speak much to your humanitarianism.

Then we'd be doing the same unconscionable dirty deed that Israel is doing to Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. We can shutter their defense by witholding money and weapons. Let them fend for themselves in the ME.

Hey, we learned it from them!

Or "they learned it from you" (hello Achilles Lauro, Olympics, 10/7 etc etc etc ). What a dumb point - logic fail.

I guess being taken hostage has nothing to do with his demise, eh?

And, what about the members of OUR military who droned 10 civilians in Afghanistan?

You don't seem to care about the lives of those 10 people.

This has nothing to do with Hamas, Oct7 or other countries. This is about the IDF and Israel’s planned and targeted killing of civilians aid workers, doctors, reporters, etc. It was no mistake.

In a review of documents, public statements and interviews, NBC News found a pattern of attacks on aid workers and humanitarian infrastructure in the months leading up to Monday’s attack. Those include two previous incidents involving WCK, the dropping of a 1,000-pound bomb near a building housing aid workers from the International Rescue Committee (IRC), and the bombing of the home of an aid worker for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).

UNRWA, the U.N. agency for Palestinian refugees, has sustained more attacks than any other agency, resulting in the deaths of 179 of its staff since Oct. 7.

The attacks have resulted in the direct curtailment of aid deliveries to Gaza’s starving population. Following Monday’s killing, at least four organizations stopped the delivery of aid into Gaza, citing danger to its staff, including WCK, which turned around three cargo ships en route to Gaza, returning 240 metric tons of much-needed food aid to port in Cyprus.

The only reason the WCK attack made the news was because it had chef José Andrés to speak up. Wonder how Israel will get him?

That fact that you think Hamas isn't murdering the hostages is insane.
They would be alive and well if it weren't for Hamas and their murderous ways.

I guess you missed my last sentence.

Hostage families are as angry with Israel as they are with Hamas.

The kidnapper is the culprit but if Israel killed him, they are responsible for his death too. If the war was conducted in a Different manner, less civilian life would be at risk
