Is it too early to plan this? If your kid is in MLSNext/ECNL, what kind of training are you doing over the summer.
We usually just do summer camps but not sure if we should be doing something different now that DS is getting older. |

HP Elite has great summer camps and its in an indoor facility which is great for hot summer days.
Also, Super Y. |
Thanks! We like to take the summer off games but def more so this next summer in light of MLSNext heavy schedule this soccer year. But I will def check Hp out. |
| I like speed and strength training. Seems to me stronger & faster kids always seem get noticed. We have done D1 training over the summer a few times, it helped a lot with agility. Also, we did swim team, helped with cardio and non-load bearing conditioning. |
D1 training? Are those soccer camps run at colleges or camps/trainings targeted to D1 players home for the summer? |
Not previous poster but D1 training is not soccer training. Google is your friend. |
| I'm just looking for any soccer camp in DC/Silver Spring with an appreciable percentage of of U12 girls (for my own kids to attend). |
| Super Y is a joke. Competition level is very weak and not worth it in play in the scrouging heat. |
