Favorite concealer, if you don’t wear foundation

I don’t use foundation just tinted moisturizer or sometimes just Dior glow filter/complexion drops. Every once in a while, I need a concealer for under eye. Any recommendations that aren’t too heavy/blend nicely if you don’t wear foundation on top? Thanks in advance.

I find the pencil format annoying, but the jones road face pencil is the best concealer I’ve ever tried.
