She is so bright and responsive! She can already point to picture books and identify "duck" "Cat" and "baby". She claps when instructed and is just so alert.
Does this mean she is gifted? |
Normal bright DCUM baby. The end.
I can't tell if you're serious or not, but I think it's great that you love your child a lot.
Lol no
Nope. Normal.
She's incredible
Sounds lovely. Enjoy your baby!
No, normal ime
Does she need to be gifted for you to be proud of her? Sounds like a normal kid who is meeting milestones, which is always exciting for her parents. No need to pile on unrealistic expectations, just clap with her and keep reading board books.
Mine walked at 8 months, not gifted.
Yes if the picture books were gifts.
Winner!

Same. Dyslexic. |
My nephew walked at 6 months (shocking his pediatrician). Wonderful teen, not gifted
I think OP is kidding. But why would the folks posting about kids WALKING early think that early walking would have anything to do with giftedness? It might mean the child was going to be extra coordinated, or something, but doesn’t mean anything about their intelligence.
