SGF: cancelled fertility appointment then billed for an encounter. How to fix?

Hi folks, I called my provider and cancelled a semen analysis appointment prior to the appointment. I just got a bill today for an "encounter" for semen analysis from SGF. Has anyone dealt with their financial staff before? Is there a better / less scammy fertility clinic provider I can use for semen analysis that won't mess up simple stuff like this?

They’re pretty responsive in my experience. I’ve emailed asking about a bill when I still had deposit money in my account. It got sorted out within a day.
