Can you recommend a good plumbing contractor in DC to cut and cap a gas line

We are planning to get an induction range (we now have a gas range) and we need a plumber to come and cut and cap the gas pipe before we can install the new range. We understand this need a permit and in general we need a good job done because we dont want to take any chance with a gas pipe. Can you recommend a good and trustworthy plumbing contractor? TIA
