| Do you give Christmas/birthday/ end of season gifts? If so, what is appropriate and should we do a group gift or individual? Thanks for suggestions. |

End of Fall and Spring season only, team members kick in $20 each, gc to coach and spouses favorite restaurant (in early years it was Amazon gc because we didn't know spouse well)
No bday or Christmas gift |

Well, they told me they do. And besides, Christmas, by most accounts, is considered to be Holiday celebrated by most people on the planet.

| Some parents on our team write monthly checks as thank yous for helping their kids outside of practice and playing them all game. The gift that keeps on giving every month is more appreciated to most coaches I think. |
