| Do you give Christmas/birthday/ end of season gifts? If so, what is appropriate and should we do a group gift or individual? Thanks for suggestions. |
|
End of Fall and Spring season only, team members kick in $20 each, gc to coach and spouses favorite restaurant (in early years it was Amazon gc because we didn't know spouse well)
No bday or Christmas gift |
| Rec soccer I do $25 per coach at end of season. |

Christmas? What if they don't celebrate Christmas? Ever think of that?
|
I'll allow it. Says the owner of a Hanukkah bush. |
Well, they told me they do. And besides, Christmas, by most accounts, is considered to be Holiday celebrated by most people on the planet.
|
omg, are you a Karen? Obviously OP knows the coach. Constantly worrying about political correctness…God forbid we say “Merry Christmas” this winter season. |
| This is so lame! |
Nazi police |
| Some parents on our team write monthly checks as thank yous for helping their kids outside of practice and playing them all game. The gift that keeps on giving every month is more appreciated to most coaches I think. |
Why don't you report this instead of complaining on here? What club says this is fine? |
| We sign up for private lessons. Coach gets extra money; our DC gets playing time. |
Such a troll post. |
Yeah, I don’t think this is allowed . I don’t believe you. |
