Here is the high level summary

10/19 Test 1 - 1500/1520 Two Mistakes
( one each in Math and RW)

10/25 Test 2 - 1400/1520 Five Mistakes (3 Math and 2 RW)

Total Questions 98
Incorrect Questions 5

This is really confusing.

Why is there so much discrepancies in the scores?
Will a student lose approx 20-25 points per question?

Questions are weighted differently. They are not all equal.
