Arlington Rec for HS player?

Any feedback on the Arlington rec program for high school players? My daughter would like to play for fun - she is not interested in travel or HS team. We are new to NoVa so no familiar with the scene.

Rec basketball is popular in Arlington. Teams are made up of friends who grew up together, or who have classes together, etc. Not cliquey though. Just go to the House Basketball Leagues (9-12 grades) section on the Arlington County website.
