Does Washington Golf Country Club have pickleball?

Anonymous
Wondering if this is a good choice, as my mom (55 years old) is interested in pursuing more pickleball activities but I don't want her out in public courts. I know members there so could probably swing a referral or whatever you gotta do to get in. Thanks!

The waitlist at Washington golf is like 7+ years. She’ll be waiting a while.

Yes- 1 outdoor court and in certain days of the week more inside. More permanent outdoor courts are coming in the next 5 years… which is how long it will take to get in off the waitlist + 100k intro fee.

Just join the Tyson’s pickleball club. Indoors and can use year round.

What's wrong with public courts? I've played a ton of pickleball at public courts and recreation centers. Please explain why you don't like public courts and why you care where your mom plays?

+1

I live in McLean and my family are members of Washington golf CC; however, my wife and I play PB almost at McLean Lewinsville Park during the summer and fall because there are so many better players at Lewinsville. I would like to hang out with regular PB people, not just those that could afford the 100K fee and yearly membership. I only go to Washington golf CC to play golf, and nothing else.
