Core 10 min/day workout

I run and do yoga but need more core strength! Any recommendations for a good workout for someone with chronically weak stomach muscles and pelvic floor?

planks. lots of planks, whether its regular (on your hands), forearm, side planks. Start with trying to hold the plank for 30 sec. As that gets easier, add more time.
