Need ideas for urban STEM

Anonymous
Anyone have recs for an urban school for a STEM student (hard science, hoping for PhD post-undergrad)?

Top SAT and AP scores, top rigor but some Bs. Very focused on one non-NCAA sport (nationally ranked, coaches it)

Ideally looking for some merit and need-based aid.
