They offer two hours free parking for retail locations. In order to park you must download the app and preload your account with funds. Then they will over charge you, charging beyond the two hours, even though they have no proof of how long you were parked.
I parked for 1 hour and 10 minutes at a local restaurant in North Bethesda. I was at a movie in Gaithersburg before my two hours were up. They still charged me for 2 hours (stating I was parked for 4). They refuse to refund any money. They have no confirmation of when I arrived or left. Do not use them. Do not download the app. |
