How is this not a violation of the Geneva convention?

Aren't armies/military also supposed to wear clothing to distinguish themselves from civilians according to the Geneva convention?

This was not how America conducted the war in Iraq. And in any war, members of the countries people are going to resist.

But even the 100's of press journalists and aid workers who were clearly marked were killed

Many US doctors who volunteered in Gaza have claimed hundreds of kids with bullet wounds to the head. Did they need a uniform?

If the Hamas army wore uniforms, other armies would be better able to distinguish civilians from military. I do not want civilians or children killed -- Palestinian or Israeli, but camaflouging military actors as civilians does not help the situation.

The situation is horrible.

The Palestinians don’t have an army. They also don’t have tanks, fighter jets, anti-rocket weapons, etc… Israel on the other hand has billions of dollars worth of high-tech equipment, bombs, etc. that they get from the US and other western countries. This is not an even fight. It never has been.

Seems like Hamas should have considered that when they attacked Israel.

Oh they did consider it. Just like when they consider storing weapons under schools and hospitals. Their considerations are simple happy to sacrifice their own civilians.

But Israel is not fighting Hamas only killing civilians. This is like saying Jews during Warsaw ghetto uprising should have worn uniforms.

Either you are deliberately misleading or you have no idea what you are talking about.

Israel does not believe in the Geneva Convention or anything other type of rules governing war and treatment of civilians.

We are well past Geneva convention or any other rules of engagements considered in a war. I will NEVER support Israelis again in my life, never ever. These people proved that the moment they have the power they are more than happy to do to Gazans what Hitler did to them, I hope we see as many movies of the genocide conducted in Gaza. I hope there is a hell and Netanyahu burns in it for eternity.

So all Palestinians are Hamas and therefore you can kill them? You say the same thing about American college students.
