Chai Masala spice blend recipe (or brand recommendation)

I love chai but I’d like to blend my own so that I can cut back on the pepper. Does anyone have a recipe for a chai spice blend or brands that might be less pepper forward? Thanks.

Like any spice blend, spices in chai varies. Cardamom, fresh ginger are essential. But adding cloves, cinnamon stick, pepper corn etc are optional.
