Didn’t see one for 29s, figured I’d get one going.

First tournament of the fall for a lot of teams. M&D DC made it to final of Natl Lax Fall Fest, congrats to them. BLC played well but had a killer schedule. Was a great tournament to watch.

Good opening tournament for them against top teams. Black is just so tough. Unfortunately, for MNDDC their results this year probably just going to amplify the Capital sycophants' desperate pleas on DCUM threads, but nothing you can do about that. They'll figure it out eventually.

Guessing Cap feeders Pride and Stars jumped in to the lower brackets and got some dubs.

M&d black is tough and they got tougher. We actually went shot for shot against them but their new goalie was unbelievable. Probably had 6-7 saves in 20 mins. But we are happy overall, it looks like the new additions will work out well and we are looking forward to this entire season.

Looks like the team is absolutely no different with the new additions and Md DC played these teams exactly the same way Next Level played these teams.

Finals or not, they are still not the top team in the DMV, they lost to BLC head to head yesterday.

DC probably had the ball for a longer period of time in the game, but Black scored at will when they had the ball.

Only thing that matters when comparing 2 teams is head-to-head. And DC hasn't beaten BLC since early summer 2023.

It will be interesting to see how DC develops. Their superstar that they always highlight is not the best player on the team. Coaches would do well to stop running so much through her.
