What causes that is excess dead skin cells. Exfoliate more. Also, many lotions contain chemicals that melt dead outer skin, as the chemicals are basically the same as what's used in many paint strippers. Test it on a painted surface before putting it on your skin. Many will remove paint when left on a painted surface for a day. |
