Coconut water for work outs

Anyone here that have kids drink coconut water during the work out that you can share?

Coconut water is great but don't drink so many. it has a lot of potassium. Alternate with water. And the ones without added sugar

It tastes so so gross. Just water and maybe a gatorade zero in between.

I love coconut water! I drink it after hard workouts, but I've also found that it helps with constipation and is great to drink before alcoholic drinks to avoid a headache.

My kids only like the harmless harvest one. Great drink to hydrate a few times a week.

My kids use Nuun.

The brand doesn't matter as long as it's genuine coconut water.

I only drink Harmless Harvest for additional minerals and electrolytes. Nuun is a lot of crap in a tablet. Gatorade is awful too.

Water works pretty well, too.

We need about 2600 to 4500 mg of potassium a day, and no one gets that. You can drink a fair amount of coconut water.
