Personal Chef - special occasion

| Anyone have any experience with hiring a personal chef for a special event at your home? |

| Yes we did it last year. They came in (chef with a helper) and took over our kitchen. They brought all the food and anything that they would need that we didn't have (they sent a list in advance). We were out for an activity while they did most of the prep and then came back for some apps and drinks. Then sat down for our meal. They cleaned the kitchen so by the time dessert was served they were packing up to go. |

| I went to a party where Red Jacket Cooking School did a lesson and it was so much fun! I think they also do "regular"catering too. |
