Our panda-free nightmare of the past several months is almost over. Pandas will again tumble freely and cutely in the panda habitat. thank god the zoo didn't turn it into a smoothie bar during their absence. |

Iโm so happy! Suddenly, I like China a little bit more.
But I always suspect that it was a little bit of a ploy when we had the big panda farewell and pandas were leaving the zoo forever. I had a feeling they would be coming back. |

I donโt see how we serve our diplomatic mission to agree to act like clowns about the pandas. If China wanted a bison, they would just get one.
But whatever, theyโre fine. The spectacled bears are just as good. |

We need to either give these pandas citizenship so China can't take them back or just get our scientists to produce homegrown pandas. With all the reproductive advancement, it shouldn't be impossible.
