According to Forbes, Covid federal funding (now dried up) was covering up challenges and artificially inflating grades. Many schools fell from their 2023 "A" level grades. University of Richmond: A+ to B; Colby A+ to B+; Bates A+ to B+; Hampden Syndey A+ to B-; Hobart A to C+; Randolph Macon A to C+; Dickinson A+ to B, and on and on. How much do you weigh financial health of a school? Our college counselor just cited Moody's bond ratings when comparing schools. (Obviously not an issue with the super elite schools)

| can't see bc of firewall but we excluded schools from our list if they had B- or lower based on last 2 years forbes ranking. |

There’s a legit question posed here. Do you consider financial strength of a school when choosing colleges? What’s random and garbage about that? |

| This list makes no sense at all. The only 2 schools with a perfect 4.5 are Penn and Brigham Young, and Princeton scores 3.67 (A-)?? I looked at their methodology, and still this list is baffling. |
