DC Midwife to do unmedicated donor IUI?

Will most midwives perform a donor sperm IUI for you, or is it uncommon to have this as part of their practice?

Can anyone recommend a midwife in DC who will do this?

We are currently seeing an RE and trying with DH's sperm, but if we go the donor route I am interested in an unmedicated IUI cycle and I don't think we really need to pay an RE for this.
