I specified parameters like low glycemic, 1500 calories a day, shrimp, chicken, turkey, pork, salmon, tuna, eggs. No quinoa. No broccoli or cauliflower or brussel sprouts. No stir fry. I specified meal plan for one person. No leftovers. Prep in air fryer, microwave, or one skillet. Frozen veggies and sweet potatoes only steamed in microwave. No smoothies. I have a very easy healthy inexpensive meal plan. This is how I ate healthy during COVID lockdown. Gordon Ramsey turkey burger air fryer recipe (ChatGPT gave me that, too.)
