Need to get back on track…

Fell off the wagon a bit with diet and exercise. What’s an easy way to get back on? Just don’t want to think too much about it and just do it.
Too much Food/Diet noise.
Thinking joining WW again just so I dont have to overthink healthy eating menus constantly.
How do you get back on track?

Well-defined eating window 7 days a week (11a-7p for me)
Zero food with added sugars and minimal food from packages at all
Eating at home 95% of the time
Focus on lean protein, healthy fats, vegetables and low-fat dairy
Walking after meals as much as possible

I have zero trouble with my weight on this regimen

It's a lifestyle choice, not a temporary thing.
