Fell off the wagon a bit with diet and exercise. What’s an easy way to get back on? Just don’t want to think too much about it and just do it.

Zero food with added sugars and minimal food from packages at all Eating at home 95% of the time Focus on lean protein, healthy fats, vegetables and low-fat dairy Walking after meals as much as possible I have zero trouble with my weight on this regimen |
