Any beer league hockey players?

Looking to lace up the skates after 30 years. What are the best beer leagues in the area for very low level ice hockey just for some exercise and fun?

Are you in VA, DC or MD? You haven’t played in 30 years, but you might want to specify your age for more helpful feedback.

Medstar in VA has an adult league with at least two levels plus a separate women’s league. There’s a league that plays up at Rockville and I believe also at Cabin John. Not sure about the level of play there, but I know at least one level is 40+ so maybe it’s by age???
