Communication Arts Program CAP for non-DCC students

If only Grade 8 Moco residents who live in the DCC are eligible to apply to CAP, where do students interested in this program that do not live in DCC apply?

There is a Humanities magnet at Poolesville, and any of the IB magnets would get you a small cohort and accelerated English/History in 9th and 10th.

The Poolesville humanities program is only available to students from these clusters: Clarksburg, Damascus, Gaithersburg, Magruder, Northwest, Poolesville, Quince Orchard, Seneca Valley, Watkins Mill.

Right. And the CAP at Blair is for DCC residents or students who went to a DCC middle school. So, where do students at the other 15+ HS apply if interested in a CAP?

They go to their home schools which are all high achieving schools.

Nowhere. And their parents/guardians remind them that not everyone has access to everything they want, if they need that reminder.
