| How can this many injuries be possible? Does this not signify problems in training? |
| Depends on the nature of injury? If it’s a lot of soft tissue, hamstrings, quad, hip flexor etc than it’s a training, physiological issue and is on the coaching/training staff. If it’s ACL, contact injuries (sprains, bones, etc) than it’s just unlucky. |
| They've clinched a home playoff game and they're in the playoffs, there's enough time for them to get healthy. The only real loss will be Andi but I imagine they can find someone to fill that void, they're a deep team. |
What happened to Chloe Ricketts? |
| She’s back. Hasn’t come off the bench but is off but is off injury list as of last weeks game. |
| Does anyone know how much longer Rodman is going to be out? |
| She came in off the bench in their last game, so I believe she's available. She might be on a minutes restriction and was just left off the national team roster. |
Was pretty cool of her to be out at the tournaments the other weekend. |
| Yes - hope she comes off the bench again this week but assume minute restrictions are in effect. She also didn't seem 100% last week and was slow to recover and was bending down for kind of a long time after a hit. |
| OP, I've also wondered if this rash of injuries has been something more than bad luck. We know that the players who went to the Olympics logged many minutes in a short time, so that could explain some of their injuries. But Andi Sullivan going down was absolutely soul-crushing. I get depressed every time I think about it. |
| Spirit going to make a run in the playoffs? |
I would imagine so, hopefully by their last game they can get Sarr and Santos some minutes before the playoffs. |
| Their depth is actually pretty impressive. |
|
| Wonder how things will play out with parity since they've done away with the draft. Will players be interested in heading to the bottom teams? |
