troubleshooting taking volunteer training in parentvue

It won't load. I followed instructions.Also, has wrong years listed (not updated for 2024). Any recent success doing this? Thanks.

This is an example of when if you should, but hopefully you won't need to, ask "someone", they will:
-either not know
-tell you one thing and you try, doesn't work
-contact "someone" else who will say something diff
-try reading again to figure out what went wrong
-repeat

I mean it could be my computer too...genuinely wondering if anyone has completed this recently.

It may not be MCPS--I completed this in "FY22" so apparently it is less than 3 total years (even though I did it in early Oct. 2021). So parentvue may not be offering this year's course for me, plus whatever is listed won't load anyway which could very well be my computer.

A parent neighbor said they did it in spring 2023 and needed to do it again spring 2024 because it didnt show up or something. Training valid for 3 years.
