question re: APS 6th grade exploratory wheel and P/F

Anonymous
If a student doesn't pass one of the rotations in the exploratory wheel, does it really matter? Meaning, does the student have to somehow make up those elective credits at some other point? I assume no, but not sure and don't know where to find the answer.

I would just email the 6th grade counselor and ask.

Ask the school counselor.

I would be concerned how a kid managed to fail. Seriously they kind of just need to show up to wheel and have a pulse.

Never said the student failed or is failing. It's just a curiosity question.

School counselor here: You don't need to pass anything in middle school, including high school classes. You can expunge a high school grade/credit and retake the next year.

My son failed Theater because he couldn't memorize his lines. As a result, he wasn't on the honor roll that quarter.
