MAP Growth 6+ OR MAP Growth Algebra I?

DS is a current 8th grade student attending a K-8, and will apply for magnets and/or will attend one of the schools in the DCC for 9th grade next year. He needs to take a MAP exam on Homeschool Boss, but we're unclear which Math to select--MAP Growth 6+ or MAP Growth Algebra I (which he's now taking).

If you've had experience with this process, and know if MCPS has a preference, we would love some advice. Was hoping to register today. If not, we can just wait and contact MCPS tomorrow.
