Yelling at strangers - what gives, Arlington?

People around here are so angry. Especially drivers when they need to stop for pedestrians. I’m not thick skinned enough to deal with all these raging strangers.

I live in Arlington and it has happened to me more in Georgetown. I was screamed at twice in the last month in a very ragey and unhinged way. Very unsettling.
