If I got this, what would I put on it?

I currently have one dish towel on my refrigerator handle and another on the oven handle. My two oven mitts are on top of my microwave oven. This doesn't have enough shelving for all my spices (I think I have 14 or 15), and I can't think of how else I could use this aside from maybe some small oil bottles? But what would I use all the hooks for or the rods? My paper towel roll is too thick when it's first opened to go on one of the rods. But I have a tiny poorly laid out kitchen and would love to make things easier.

Link doesn’t work.

I guess wherever you need it in your kitchen or pantry - though Amazon says it is a frequently returned item-- i.e. a piece of crap.

Make sure your fridge is magnetic. Not all stainless steel is magnetic. Subzero stainless steel is Austenitic (non magnetic)

you’ve laid out a bunch of reasons for why this isn’t a good fit-why are you trying to find a home for it?

There are lots of organizing gadgets around. Putting another item that doesn’t work for you (even if it is an “organizer”) in a tiny, poorly laid put kitchen, is only going to make matters worse.

Instead, browse the Container store or watch videos about tiny houses to get ideas they will work for you. Don’t buy anything unless you know it will solve a problem. Really, the best thing you can do is to get rid of stuff.

It looks to small to hold more than a few bottles, hardly seems worth it.

I am poor rent, and don't have a stainless steel fridge. Pretty sure it's from the 1990's.

OP here. Thank you - you make some good points. There's nothing I can get rid of. I eat/use everything in my kitchen.
