Prices of wood can be looked up online. Depending on the quality, plank width and length you want it could range somewhere from $4 to $10 per square foot. With labor and other materials around 25-30k total?
We paid 17k 5 years ago for 1200 sqf of 4” wide rift and quartered red oak, sanded and stained on site. |

I agree that it sounds high, but it is not the wood. Cost of labor is still outrageous. |

Inflation. Everything costs around twice or more what it costed just 3-4 years ago. People have to eat. |
