RCS messages not working on iPhone 16 with Verizon

| Anyone suddenly not able to send RCS texts since the Verizon outage yesterday? It was working for me yesterday morning and I could send RCS texts to android users but since the outage yesterday everything started working except RCS texts. My phone will only allow me to send SMS texts to android users. I've been on a chat with Verizon support for 3 hours now and I've restarted my phone more times than I can count and it still isn't working. |

| Same here. All stems from yesterday's outage. I have a S24 Ultra on the same plan on another line and that was unaffected by my 16 Pro Max have been having issues on stable and beta builds. This has to be all on Verizon as RCS is dependent on them. |

| Just to add too, launch day and day after iPhone 16, my Ultra watch would not connect to Verizon as well. I had to wait til Sunday for it to finally connect so we just have to wait on Verizon. I did find that having RCS on is draining my battery so I have it off and keep checking every couple of hours to see if it will activate. |
