SAT score reporting

DD applied to pitt last week, and we sent SAT scores from college board because we assumed they would want official report. now i'm reading that some schools do not require unless student actually enrolls in school. for instance, michigan's website states no need to send unless enrolling whereas pitt and u mass amherst are somewhat vague, so i think we will send official reports to be safe.

anyone who has been through the process know whether most schools accept self-reported scores or is really a matter of checking each school's website individually? i would hate to misinterpret language or not send in a report for the wrong reasons.

this is so helpful! thank you so much! confirms that michigan is self report but u mass and u pitt are not on list.
