Pediatric Village - Dr. Edmunds - HORRIBLE STAFF

| Warning to all parents thinking about using Pediatric Village (Mass Ave). Yes, they take all insurance, but they are the most rude and disorganized office I have ever had the displeasure of working with. All of my friends who started off there have left and I am on my way out the door as well. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with their staff (rude, lost files, 1 hr+ wait times, etc.). Just a warning if you are considering their practice. |
