How to register for meet events with new team

My DD switched from RMSC to a different club team this year and her first meet is coming up. At practice tonight her coach told the swimmers to sign up through Active but when I log in all I see is my registration info for the team and the team directory.

Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong?

Active? What club?

I thought every club uses Team Unify for the most part.

Did you already complete the USA Swimming transfer process? It might be that she is not fully matched to her new team yet.

Yes, completed the club transfer when I renewed her USA swimming membership
