Bethesda YMCA for lap swimming

I’m thinking of joining the Bethesda Y for lap swimming. How crowded are their lanes? I’m fine to swim outside or inside and would go wherever it is less crowded. I’m flexible on timing — usually weekday mornings if I had my pick.
