Ankle weights?

I want to add some ankle weights into my at-home leg workouts on days I can’t make it to the gym. What weight would you recommend?

Have you tried holding a water bottle between your legs? Using a couple scrunchies to attach them to your legs?

Do you just want to wear ankle weights around the house all day or do you want ankle weights for actual weight training workouts for your legs? I guess either way, experiment. Everyone is different.

Get the ones you can adjust the weight. They come from 1/2 lb to around 10lbs.

What kind of leg exercises? A weighted vest would be much more effective when doing squats, lunges, and most other leg exercises.
