small pimple like rash on chest, shoulders and neck

I have this weird rash that started on my chest and is now on my shoulders and neck. Its like very small Whitehead pimples. I was at the beach Friday to Saturday and I started am antibiotic I have never used before on Monday. I feel like I noticed it on Sunday but I am not sure. Is it heat rash, reaction to sunscreen, reaction to the antibiotic? Anyone have anything like this? Its in no way bothering me but its just annoying.

If you started a new antibiotic and you now have a rash over a significant portion of your torso, you need to notify your doctor NOW. I wouldn't try to diagnose any other skin problem other than an allergic reaction first and foremost.

It sounds exactly like the rash my husband gets from sun exposure (polymorphic light eruption). But his is somewhat itchy. However, I agree with PP and you should call the doctor about it.
