Moved into new house in July, still no bill from Dominion Energy

It's a new build. I called a few weeks ago, no one could seem to give me an answer. Something about the new meter number maybe wasn't provided yet?
It's a huge house and I am worried we are going to get an insane bill for all these months. I mean, we probably will right?
Is it my job to keep calling them? Not sure what to do.

You will eventually get a bill, don’t worry. It will obviously be large because you’re paying for several months all at once.

Start saving for it separately every month.

You could also ask by email and then you can negotiate the huge bill in the future to pay it in installments.
